Seems to be typical K-induced neurotic behavior. I've had my share of that
also (with diet).

My observations of Gaia-consciousness vs. cosmic consiousness:

Gaia-consciousness is a realm of magic, love, sex, empathy. The soil seems
to breathe a warm energy, and you feel "embraced" by nature. Trees and
other plants "sing" the praise of nature. You sense the nature as a
Goddess, a feminine entity (Mother Earth), and feel almost like being in a
womb, or making love to the earth with your mere existence (this is my
male heterosexual viewpoint, obviously). In the end this turns out to be
just a form of attachment, however different. Cosmic consciousness is
letting go of attachments, at least for a while, and feel the infinite
void tearing your ego, thoughts and the world apart. It is the
Undescribable.

Indeed.

IMHO, music made on computers has more "power", as it is mathematically
precise (I'm talking about monotonous forms of techno/trance here) and
thus has more potential to twist the mind of the listener. Natural
instruments are "artistic", "gentle", and "subtle" - in other words, more
ego/will-centered.

Best music is the one made by your own breath, though :-).
