Yes, or the illusions our CNS needs in order to function according to the
industrial standard behaviour stored in human DNA.

My .sig is a bit like a helper in my personal crusade against
anti-determinism *grin*. We must understand that we are all puppets
(stress on the word "all") and we don't need to cut the strings. Initially
I thought to put it like "...but enlightened puppets can see the strings",
but that would have seemed weird to some of my fellow students (damn ego).
It's not enough to understand that these strings control us, we also have
to learn to love them.

I think that as long as we are under the illusion of free will, we can't
really see the light in all its brightness.
