Many things make up who we are. We are a culmination of all the experiences
which we have lived through. If we are stripped of every material item we
have and all that represents us can we still live with ourselves? past
saying "i am a doctor," "i own a beat up pinto," "i have 3 dogs"...past all
that what are we? Think the german halocaust: the ultimate test of who you
were. They had nothing but themselves left...could they live with themselves?

What that all means i have no idea at this point...but i felt the need to say
it in light of all this talk about how we see ourselves and auch.

I don't really mean it in that sense: I mean it is an aspect, a feature,
 a property.
