Hi Jerry & K-list !

Here´s another effective method for dealing with unwanted elements within
consciousness - mantra practice. I believe performing focussed repetition
(or japa) of a mantra can remove exterior subtle plane parasites and
obstacles arising from inside the subconscious. The trick is to really
concentrate but still remain relaxed - one needs to make the mind firm, still
and one-pointed (this sound easier than it actually is, but I've had good
results even with a less than perfect effort). Then there is no room for
anything interfering, entities and disharmonious thoughtpatterns have nothing
to cling to.

Doing japa also seems to smoothe and harmonize the movement of the kundalini
itself (my experience), helping it take the "right" way upward through the
spine.

And still another advantage of this practice is that subconscious inner
movies and repetitive loops of the mind are released (it's probably these
that attract entities in the first place) - one more little step towards
spiritual freedom...

So, imho, mantra repetition is really one of the most useful & powerful
spiritual techniques - any comments ?

Love
Michael
