Sorry for the delay in answers. So many thoughts I am having to work
through right now :-) I laughed at how you described the city.....been
there and understand exactly what you mean. However I will add there is
an energy in the city that can be tapped as well that is very helpful and
useful but not always easy to find. I found this postive energy could
usually be found early in the morning or just after the sun goes down and
your viewing the cities lights from a hill or something like that. The
city also has postive vibrations but much harder to feel because of the
mixture of negetive and tense vibrations.

Your message had a wonderful side affect on me. It helped me to return in
spirit in the mountains and I gained more memories of the energies there.
Thank you. Ah water......my favorite past time when possible! I love to
sit by a lake at sunrise or sunset. Through the day I love to lay and bake
but not for the suntan.....I close my eyes and I hear all the sounds around
me .....the children laughing the boats , the water, the trees near by. I
feel the heat of the sun and I imagine the snow and become comfortable
instead of hot. No sweat ...at first anyways....then the snow melts and I
feel the heat.....I welcome the heat and I bring it into my body , it is
then that I become all of what surrounds me. From there I cannot describe
what happens but for me this is a natural high and when I come down I am
calm and relaxed and full of joy of being alive.

You would have to mention smells!!!! I will be forwarding a message that
I sent to another list the other day the subject heading will be Who.

With Unconditional Love, Light, and Acceptance,

Katharine
