Well, that is one of the things that keeps me still smokin'.. every
time I have tried to quit, I have become very ill. It seems like the
negative judgments that are the mind's attempts at quitting, go to war in
my body with the habits of addiction, and the negative effects of the war
are worse than the effects of the smoking.

problem (energetically speaking) than the habit being eradicated. I think
if we could look at our addictions and habits differently, without shame and
judgement, we could choose to give them up when we were strong enough, and
that would stick. I have known this to be true from my own experience and
observations. There will come a time in which something is no longer
allowed. If it is K demanding you change something, I'd listen. It's
time. Just my thoughts......
