Howdy Ho Neighbor:

I have not had the same feelings from any breathing exercises Ive read in
books as what I have had while "under the influence." The drugs reduce the
"energy" needed to reach such meditative states; they just kinda "give" the
state to you. For me meditation was always such a pain in the butt becuz i
couldnt clear my mind long enough to GO anywhere. I'd get into these huge
thought loops..some of them really STUPID i must say. Too, I have the
attention span of a pop tart so that might explain it.
