Hello,

Has anyone experienced strong responses from any of the breathing exercises
that they teach in yoga books etc. that have the same "mind altering"
effects like all of these psychoactives we have been talking about?

The reason I ask is I read a book called Stoned Free, it's on Amazon, and
it tells you all kinds of ways to alter your consciousness without the use
of drugs and one is using deep breathing for about an hour or as long as
you can continue and I guess about 1/3 of the way through this, according
to the book, is it starts to bring up all kind of blocks and subconscious
crap that is buried deep in most people and helps to get it out.

If you can achieve the same effects with secret breathing exercises instead
of drugs, that would be GREAT!! Just like in the Wizard Of Oz movie when
Glenda (my fave) the Good Witch tells Dorothy that if she really wanted to
go home all she had to do was click her heels and that she had the power
with her all the time and didn't know it. Must be a metaphore in there
somewhere??

Maybe there really is a way to "take a trip and never leave the farm" eh??
;-))))
