Hi Jacques,
You asked: Is laugh an orgasm of the mind?

Actually, the Tibetan Buddhists view it that way. Along
with sneezing and yawning....has something to do with the
chakras.

Laughing can be very exhausting. I was reading a book,
yesterday (I had the day off since I worked Sunday until
midnight) on KUNDALINI (sorry, I can't for the life of me,
remember the author's name, but the book was published in
India by a Hindu Master). Anyway, one of the things to
be avoided, if one is serious about learning about Kundalini
(in the beginning stages) is to be careful not to laugh.
Apparently, it loses energy.

For me, I tend to be energised by laughter. It's
relaxing,
yes, but it gives me lots of energy.

I'm lucky in that my family has a delightful way of
looking
at the world around them....we've always enjoyed
belly-laughs
at our own absurdity.
