Saw this message before I turned the computer off for a few
days..........Felt a strong sense of saddness to see these words.

Oh my friends if you hear nothing else from me please hear
this..............The best grounding method......the best
meditation.....the best visalizalations.......the best trip within
........is accomplished only one way.....

No not a lecture just concern for those that have not reached within for
what they need.

Ya didn't have to hit that hard you know! I know....let all find there
own way......but oh lord its hard sometimes to keep quiet!!!!
