Jacques, thank you for sharing your breath method for controling anger
with me. I will try it.

Many years ago I was in a similar situation, which provoked anger. One
day I remember getting up early one morning and doing japa yoga,
repeating the maha mantra, the Hare Krishna Hare Rama mantra for 2
hours. I remember feeling so good that I practically floated off to
work. Not only was I able to deal with situations, which I previously
was unable to deal with, but my then supervisor even commented that he
was amazed at how well I was handling everything.

The problem now is that I do not have two hours to do this before I go
to work. Currently I have to get up a 2:30am. That's early enough.

So I will try your method.
