How does one stay grounded in a difficult situation?
Perhaps by using
this breathing at the first sign of trouble? Sometimes one
can become
ungrounded, offbalanced or upset in an instant, before one
knows it.
What does one do to prevent this?

Any ideas?

My opinion is that with that breathing, none
will attack first.

So if you get out of balance, go on with
this breathing, saying and showing exactly
nothing.

For my experience, people are then just projecting what
they are or feel.

And this is precisely what they are afraid of.
They are bounced off by what is in them.

And if the contrary (if they get out of it
positively), all the better for everybody.

If you are empty, you dont project anything.

So no agressivity.

Tell me soon,

Jacques
