well, expressed that way, it could be said that the student is taking
sexual advantage of the inexperienced Master by projecting sexual desires
onto them.. :)
I am not disagreeing with your basic premise, because I know my own
sexual desire is most often a projection of my student's reaction to my
Shakti.. and I am discerning in when to allow the expression, and when to
redirect it.
However, I think the judgment that choosing to express it physically is
taking "sexual advantage" of the student, is an aspect of the patriarchal
sexual guilt you speak of. Tantric sex can be a very beautiful way to share
love and energy. Acts of love and pleasure serve.

Precisely.. and to allow the expressions of sexuality, as a natural side
effect of the path, and using them to increase the energy flow means that
they will unfold smoothly instead of being repressed by rejection.
Thru the expression, all manner of other, connected lower chakra issues
such as sexual jealousy and insecurity will also come up to be cleared.
This makes for an even stronger foundation for higher evolution... tho
those aspects can be stormy in the processing, because they are so deeply
entrenched.

Yes, I agree.. I am frustrated by the Guru-types who sit in the crown
speaking of love and looking down on everyone very kindly.. from a safe
distance on their spiritual mountaintop. It is when the heart has been
fully opened by the energy coming in from below, to make the heart into a
suitable habitation for the soul, that we find Teachers who are willing to
get their hands dirty, in service to other, like Mother Theresa or Gandhi.
Cup and sword, the Great Rite, opens the Grail. This is the essence of the
"Eclipse ritual" I posted a few weeks ago. The form is sexual, but the
energy transcends the physical.

I agree.. trying to skip over the lower chakra issues in favor of the
higher ones tends to result in a "fair weather" spirituality, that folds
under pressure.
