Dear Dan,

Thanks for the poll! :))

For me, neither the very mild spinal activity I experience (shivers up the
spine exploding in the brain), nor the much stronger waves of energy that
bypass the spine, seem to have too much to do with sexual activity. But I
agree with Michael that sexual abstinance seems to increase the intensity
somewhat--but so does skipping a session of Hatha yoga and full moons.
