While I agree with this in spirit I have to question it in application. For
example: I believe I need to refuel my automobile lest the tank run dry and
it cease to run. If I change this belief will I be freed from the gas pump?
Also, if I work and exercise, can I maintain this physical body without
nutrition?

After a hike in the woods I certainly feel tired for the energy expended but
I also feel refreshed and rejuvenated too.

The paradox dances on!
