I'd like to talk about that statement. IMO, a belief in the necessity to
"preserver the enery" is a belief in limitations. I believe we get exactly
what we believe in, and so if limitation is the belief, limitation is the
result.

Engaging in sex or masturbation though, while _deferring_ or avoiding
orgasm, can lead to some intereresting results. OOBEs are often reported
while in this state, while others may enter an altered state which leads to
shamanic visions and journeys.
