  If you are suffering and it is not 
  because of physical pain I suggest 
  the following.  
 
  Assess your physical condition.
 
  Could you run three miles right now 
  and not hurt or exhaust yourself?
 
  Are you on a regular program of 
  physical enhancement that includes 
  the three basics of fitness in  
  equal proportions?
 
  Strength training (resistance work) 
  endurance training (cardiovascular) 
  flexibility (stretching)
 
  Do you provide your body with the 
  nutrition and sleep it needs?
 
  Many people find that when they embark 
  on a regular program 
  of strenuous exercise that their 
  problems soon disappear.
 
  Strangely enough, they often stop exercising 
  just because of that.
 
  Others won't try it because they don't 
  like the idea that their "spirituality" 
  could be effected by so mundane an activity.
