Dear Jill,

My guess, and it's only a guess, is that all these phenomena are really much
the same thing--and we all experience them slightly differently but with
enough similarities so that they are all somehow familiar. I have never
"seen" any entities, for instance. I only experience them through voices
(some mention a telepathy sort of feeling). It's not an audible sort of
voice, at all. I get the sensation that they are part of me--but from a part
of "self" that is not easily or readily accessable. It's not from a "place"
I had ever experienced before K hit.

But there are others more experienced than I who can distinguish between
different kinds of entities. I dunno. It is not within my
experience--perhaps because generally K has been relatively mild with me.

I experience it/them exclusively while in bed--and then very infrequently.
But, then, I don't meditate so don't know if that would set it off, or not.
Perhaps they would seem like ghosts if they came to me during the waking part
of the day.

Love, Hillary
