Hillary,

I could only answer one question, which was the first one, about having
a teacher/guru experience...and the answer is NO.

My experience with K has not been like many that I have seen posted here.
It has and continues to be full of bliss and joy and adds to my days and
all
of my now moments.

I always have "intended" well, for it all to go well, and that is, I
believe why in effect it
always does, and brings about major coolness in most of my days.

I was already very well along "spiritually" before my K experience. I had
dropped most fear
and insecurities etc. therefore there was little room to be affected with
that during my K experience.

My K came about as I was doing a simple breathing exercise, and took me
completly over.
I did not know what it was at the time and no one that I knew personally or
in cyberland knew
either. So, I got a little anxious about it and laid off of it for awhile,
but kept searching for answers
because I was convinced that it was a "good" thing. I was just lacking in
understanding.

Finally, I heard it described on a tape. Now I had heard this tape a few
times before,
but never heard the word Kundalini......and would not have known what it
was anyway.
but after the experience, and when it was mentioned again, naturally, I was
at the right place at the
right time to "hear & understand".
