)))))))))))))HELLO: Yes. Mine started at ajna 7 yrs ago and l've had
continuous sensations since then in brow area and all over my head. Stomach
problems began 5 yrs ago and have continued, as well as disruption of sexual
functioning and low back pain which also persist. ln the past year l've had
increased pain and heat in hands, legs (calves) and feet (especially toes).
l'm not sure what any of this means. l've had some teachers tell me it's best
for the energy to move down (away from my head where it's always been
concentrated) and another tell me it's dangerous to try to move it down -
that this is the source of my stomach problems - and that the energy only
wants to move upward. l honestly don't know, so l try not to direct
it anyplace but let it go where it wants. One swami told me that it opened at
a higher chakra because it had advanced to the throat chakra in a previous
lifetime and that the purpose now is to promote its advance upward. Who
knows? Regardless of the reason, it seems to have spread downward to lower
chakras after opening at the higher ones. jerry
