Yes, I think you are right, that is the essence of it.. visions that come
of themselves are a gift of inspiration.. but if you go looking, ya never
know what you might get. Often, only a reflection of the fear that sent ya
looking, in the first place.. to unbalance the situation even further.
There are a lot of entities local to this vibration that are happy to
make all kinds of predictions and tell stories, simply because they feed on
the energy of human attention.. another version of "what you focus on, will
grow".
Divine guidance usually won't offer more info than is needed to make the
decisions of free will, in the moment.. because predictions can take us out
of the here-and-now.
Parasitical entities want to take us out of the here-and-now because then
we will be easier pickings, disconnected from our own discernment.. and
there is more energy to feed on, if they manage to worry you. If they
manage to get you to sell all your possessions to go sit on a mountaintop
waiting for UFOs/the second coming/armageddon, etc.. then they are very
happy to enjoy the banquet of emotional energy.
Often locations that are known for "miracles" will attract a lot of these
kinda critters looking to get attention from needy seekers.
I often find tho, that such entities will often deliberately tip their
hand.. they make silly mistakes so I'll kick them into the light. However,
I am experienced at evaluating such critters, and know to keep my
discernment front and center. Learned the hard way, not to let any kind of
outside information take precedence over my own heart voice.
The other consideration is that if one is ungrounded enough with fear to
go looking, then discernment has probably already gone out the window..
odds are the results will be GIGO.. garbage in, garbage out. For me, Tarot
cards can sometimes work that way.. they offer more confusion than clarity
because there is so much room for interpretation. The only one I have found
to be useful is the Osho deck, online.
Even with the pendulum, if I am too emotionally involved with the answer
to get clarity, I'll get the signal for "don't ask now" over and over...
the other polarity is that I can always head off above the crown chakra, to
<shrug, laugh, don't care> and then I don't wonder about anything enough be
ask.
Nice to hear from you again, Kimberly.. :)
   Blessings..
