Dear Amanda and list,
I find that just letting shakti lead the way works best for me,
sometimes she gets me interested in a certain meditation that I try for
awhile, and then I put it in action whenever I need it..there is a certain
feeling I get that lets me know. I kind of roll with the energy, some days
I seem to have to eat pounds of fruit because other food seems dead to me
(yuck, I am going thru that now), other days nothing. Food? What is that?
I learned early that if I ignored what my body craved...I got stomach
problems fast. Luckily, most of the time, I can eat a normal diet.
Sometimes, I want to avoid other people for days on end, I ignore calls and
stay in my house and be alone and in peace. During those times, they feel as
if they shred my nerves and energy. Other days I feed the need to connect
with them . I realize that there are normal fluctuations in just being
human, but since K awakening they are much more extreme and pushy.
I get dreams, interrupted meditations that flow in they're own direction,
feelings, and inclinations...that I know are from my K energy and I just go
with it. Although I am not above asking for something that I think I need
once in a while.... and I usually get it, for better or worse. Much love,
