I do think so. The faiths and traditions are vehicles. Do we sit in the car
after we have arrived at a destination? I do not mean to say that the
vehicle has become invalid, indeed one's arrival may confirm its validity.

It's a tricky question though, when one picks bits and pieces from among
different traditions, as one likes, one is effectively saying that they are
already were they want to be going. I suppose a big part of the equation is
how much ego complex is involved in "what feels right, personally."

Also, the practices of the faith/tradition are important and distinctive.
Some practices, especially those to awaken K are much more the vehicular
type. Practices such as deity yoga may not change so much or, indeed, may
become much more intimate.

Then there is the consideration of others on the path. Perhaps we wait in
the car to show others where to park? Maybe we drive back and start a convoy!

And of course, we may have just pulled up to a rest stop :-)

James
