The struti is a sound not so much heard in the head but heard within the whole
body ...

when entering the stillness and silence ..

the deeper I go, the more it changes from a multi harmonic 'OM'

to a lessening number of harmonics

to a beat of two harmonics ...

to a single tone ...

to silence

as my awareness merges with it ...
