Dear Tony,
I understand your concern, many of us here have had hard experiences
connected with k awakening without a guru around. But these are not prana
effects! I have worked with prana years ago with breathing exercises and
body work. The warmth was light and the movement gentle. It did not rush up
my spine, or feel like water pouring down my head. K awakening is a life
and body bursting event, you could never mistake it for prana! As far as a
physical guru, you cannot help it if there is not one around when you become
k awakened, you can only develop a relationship with an inner guru to guide
you. In fact I trust my inner guru much more than I would one on the
physical plane! I also believe that my K has a intention to evolve me to the
highest form possible...and I let it have it's way. Much love, Julie
