Namast Brothers and Sisters,

Is this the K-list or the S-list? There seems to be a binding
preoccupation with sex on this list.
 My first experience of K was a surging up the body to the Heart
Chakra. I didn't know what it was and I fell over! Since then I became
a devotee of Sai Baba and my K rises peacefully. Sometimes I can feel
the waves rising inside and outside my body at the same time. I don't
attach myself to them for meditation beyond experience is my goal. I do
notice that this K rising is continuing on an imperceptible basis and
is illuminating my vijnanamayakosa, which is I think more permanent.
Doing Japa,chanting, will raise K steadily and permanently without
sexual entanglements. There are probably only a handful of people who
are enlightened enough to do sexual tantra without attachment to this
illusion. Energy is in illusion!
