Gopal,

What you've said rings true for me. My K was first raised after my
divorce, during a period of celibacy. Since then, my sexual appetite has
diminished and my K activity seemed to lessen, also. My K activity
lessened due to the breakup of our group of devotees and our guru.
Though I continued meditating, I only have felt kryias during
meditation. The heat had disappeared, as had any sexual arousal during
meditation.

Lately, I've thought that I must have some sort of blockage, and that
sexual activity would help get my juices flowing again.

Not until I met this guy, and we started to have sexual discussions
(phone sex), which have become loving conversations, that my K activity
started up again. The K level is at a higher level now than it has ever
been. (Now I feel chakra activity in addition to head- to- toe
stimuation, as long as he and I keep in contact either by phone or
astrally.
