Dear Maureen
mine is gentle.
I am male and k awakened for three years. Not long after seeing Sai Baba.
As far as I can tell, from very strong feeling of movment inside
spine, Kundalini Shakti has got as far up my spine as the lower neck joint.
I have had a few rare states of bliss but nothing else. I am tending
probably more to the feminine side of my nature becoming a more
emotional and gentle person.
Life is decidedly more difficult since K movment started and I
believe Shakti is leading me Home.
I have not had rushes of energy or violent movment or any physic
events that could be atributed to K.
I feel that becoming Reiki attuned was an advantage.
Re mini poll celibcy.
Though I think about sex as per usual the energy does not lead to action.
The desire is just not strong enough I would rather go and meditate.
This is not of my conscious choice.
