This list has been quite active. A couple of days off and a full mailbox is
always waiting... And it is difficult to skip any of them. It took time to
get to the poll. But here is my bit.

Celibacy and celibacy. There had been a lot of sexual arousal without
"relieving" acts with my partner. One night some relief came when I woke up
to a cosmic orgasm. It was one thing among others - like belly dancing and
Chi Kung...

My relationship was over before other "strange" energy manifestations
started last summer. There has been quite a process concerning sexuality
and at some point I felt I could never have a relationship again after all
strange /impossible /blissful experiences. However, now I would like to
give myself a new possibility - and hopefully without repeating all my old
mistakes :))).

Last summer I tried 'help yourself' style once but the orgasm went straight
to the heart and I got very unpleasent arrythmia. I was told that it is
safer to bring it to the heart via the GV (the channel in the midline of the
back). I have wondered what would happen with a partner. But since then I
have learned to surrender to the "Universe". Perhaps it might work best if
I just let things happen (instead of trying to lead the energy myself). Any
opinions / experiences?
