I was celibate for around six months before what may or may not have been
a kundalini awakening.

I sometimes go back to being celibate "just to get things moving." In
other words, there are times when I am not energy sensitive, and I'm not
accepting any projections at all. So, I cease sexual activity, and
usually, things pick up again. I don't know why. The reasons I always
tell myself is that sexual activity causes me to focus more on the
physical and also stirs up my energy a bit.

Sometimes when energy sensitivity gets too overwhelming, I will resort to
excessive sexual activity to try to control it. I'm not sure it works.
