Dear Hillary,
  I may be late on answering this poll but I hadn't been able to read my
mail for a couple of days.
  I think that the build up of energy in celibacy may pertain to K awakening
in a small way or even larger...who knows? I know that before my K
awakening I was celibate for about two years and after for another four. I
was a very spiritual person and mostly lived in my higher chakras. But I am
not celibate now. I find that the increased sexual activity helps lessen my
symptoms and in someways increases my energy passages for more energy. I
find that the bliss of making love to be that of shakti and shiva coming
together on earth and in saying that, I mean it now feels to be something
just beyond sex..more powerful and more spiritual and more mystical. Much
