Dear Amanda,

Believe I didn't describe well enough what I mean by my muscle twitches.
Nowadays, often when I lay in bed before falling asleep at night, especially
when I am laying flat on my back, some muscles or nerves located under my
left shoulderblade are starting to twitch which then results in me jerking
violently
in bed, legs and torso often lifting up when it happens. While my body is
jerking around in this manner I can feel and hear some "crackling" in this
area, similar to the crackling sounds I can hear when a chiropractor is
adjusting my back.

This symptom has been persisting for a while now and I believe it is the
result of some major block ups and holdings I have which manifest under my
left shoulderblade for some reason. Well, sigh, I hope I will be able to
clear up those block ups and holdings eventually because they are causing me
a lot of physical pain. This area is usually the starting point of my
migraines, the pain then travels upwards until it reaches the cerebellum and
when it reaches this point I know I am in for a good one.

Love,
Karin
