 Thanks for all the welcoming posts! I feel better now,
whew... maybe this isn't going to be as bad I thought.
I think I'm going to continue with my meditation and chakra
work and I will see what happens. Going with the flow is
always the best thing to do.

I would very much appreciate that, thank you. Getting rid
of the apprehension I have regarding this is my first
priority, as well as learning and reading as much as I can.
At this point, I know very little. So, I'm glad I found
this list. I will be sitting back, observing, absorbing,
learning and lurking.

Here's a question for you guys though, I have had (for a
maybe a couple of months now) a pulsing sensation in my 6th
chakra. I have been trying to develop my channeling ability
and had always related it to that. But now... I'm not sure
how Kundalini release may play into it? Anyway, as you can
see, I'm not educated yet. Anyone have any insights?
