Hi everyone;
hope you are all well. Just wondering if anyone could explain or advise on
something for me?
I am not what you would call k awakened but have been stepping up on
meditations etc of late; and I have now developed a sensation of pressure in
my throat. It's in/around the windpipe (as far as I can make out)and is a
quite peculiar feeling. I have checked my glands and they aren't swollen so
I don't really feel that this is 'physical' in origin.
Anyone?
