On 1999/07/04 23:05, Christopher Wynter posted thus to the K-list:
Good morning, as it is from my perspective here in Australia.
I only joined this list last night, and in my mail this morning, I found the
following which I would seek your leave to reply to.
Yes, I know I'm a "newbie", and hope I'm not going to step on to many people's
toes. I would trust that if I am "out of line", someone will tell me, gently.

I was drawn to answer this particular post immediately because I have done (with
my group here in Tasmania) a lot of work around the moving of energy and in
particular, the identification of the source and cause of the "blocks" which are
cleared during the "kriyas".

In sharing this with you, I would ask you to understand that this one person's
perspective (from my own research work) and does not reference any other
sourcing. You can either take what I say as a possibility, and ask your body as
to its validity, or you can ignore it. To me, it matters not. However,
somewhere somehow I've got to get this information down on paper, and answering
the points raised here is as good a place to start as any.

===>> wait till I plan to go to sleep, and half the night I'm laying in bed
feeling like someone is stabbing or beating my spine. It's this extremely sharp
ache, that won't go away.
Tried to get this through before, wouldn't take - just some comments from my
experience - When you relax,or try to, sometimes the body and K seem to take it
as an invitation to go ballistic- happens to me too. Keeps me up sometimes. I
try to go into it, surrender, and it will usually take me into a deeper state
where I can sleep, or demand my attention by requiring me to get up and ground,
pray, read, etc. <<===

To the body, which has had projected onto it "victim", the mind, which has
sought to counteract this unconscious perception, is all-powerful. The body
cringes under the thought projections which attempt to control and repress the
release of those feelings.

The pain that you experience is, in actual fact, the release of the (pain)
energy required to obey the mind and subjugate the natural flow of energy in the
body which, in it's perfect consciousness, wants to release past "holding"
patterns. The "twitches" that are felt can be likened to what happens when a
tightly coiled up elastic band is let go and tries to return to its natural
state.

It is in sleep state or that state of relaxation you talk of where the mind
"let's go" and the body is able to return with natural function. However,
before can do this, it has to let go all of the projected control from mind.
The thoughts feelings and emotions that you experience as the "kundalini" or
"life force" rises, are actually those thoughts feelings and emotions that you
have projected onto your body to keep yourself in "control".

We can add to this that, also stored within the body, is a hologram of "holding
patterns", some of which out projections from other people, some of which are
childhood memories, and some come from the memories of past ancestors which of
stored within the DNA (particularly the mtDNA).

The primary center to spirit (K.) is located in the base chakra ... and the body
release point is in the center of perineum muscle. As this point is released the
pelvic floor releases, which releases the holding patterns in the sacrum. The
primary energy held in the sacrum is the one we know are sexual energy (where
sexuality is the outward expression of life force). Our only understanding of
this "life force" (or K) and experience of it is the sexual expression, which
for most of us has been made "wrong" by church, society, down through the ages.

It can therefore be understood that as K. moves through the body, all of the
judgments around (sexuality) life force will rise to the surface. As this is
one particular part of our "dark side", it is natural that it will be
accompanied will all sorts of judgement, dark thoughts, images, symbols,
discomfort, guilt and fear. These are what has been projected on to our "life
force"/sexuality, both in this lifetime and in generations past.

Kundalini is the expression of our divinity/spirit prior to our castration.

===>> I know they're supposed to center around my chakras, and that chakras are
at the center of the body, but I've been having pain on the left side of my
chest, like my heart is being reworked, it's painful, and it's worrying me.<<===

One thing that is generally not understood by those who work with "chakras" is
that the chakra is energetic center which encompasses a group of internal organs
which fulfil their particular holistic function. The chakra is very much like
the internal "aura"of the group of organs.

Whilst I, in my work, recommend that people who experience this sort of problem
do have a medical check up, there is another general lack of understanding
within "mystical" circles surrounding the heart.

The heart is a series of valves ... and a secondary pump. It is not the primary
blood pump. The primary blood pump dislocated in the back of each calf muscle,
and those muscles are controlled from the sacrum. The heart can only truly be
opened by the energy rising from below. It cannot be opened fully functionally
purely by channelling energy down. The misconception arises because, within
most eastern cultures, there is a totally different perspective on the body and
its "sexuality" to what we are familiar with in the West. Therefore eastern
literature concerning Kundalini awakening does not necessarily take into account
the Western body.

Any activation of Kundalini/life force which causes the rise in this energy,
will move through firstly the emotional centre (the corresponding release of
emotional holding patterns or "kriyas") and then move to the heart/lung center
with a corresponding release of holding patterns (firstly would within the
diaphragm).

What you must also understand is that as the sacrum moves, so will the spine
move to find a new position. We know that the nerves for all of the bodily
organs pass through the spine, and so a movement of the spinal column will cause
a flow on effect to all muscle groups served by those nerves.

This is my very basic introduction to the movement of the energy we know as
Kundalini, some of the side-effects, and the reasons for it. I hope people on
this list can understand what try to say here, and that this explanation will
assist with their understanding, and will help demystify what is, in fact, that
natural state beingness which we are using our mind to seek and control.

With respect ...
