wait till I plan to go to sleep, and half the night I'm laying
in bed feeling
like someone is stabbing or beating my spine. It's this
extremely sharp ache,
that won't go away.

Tried to get this through before, wouldn't take - just some comments from my
experience -
When you relax,or try to, sometimes the body and K seem to take it as an
invitation to go ballistic- happens to me too. Keeps me up sometimes. I try
to go into it, surrender, and it will usually take me into a deeper state
where I can sleep, or demand my attention by requiring me to get up and
ground, pray, read, etc. Do you see a chiropractor?

And I know they're supposed to center around
my chakras,
and that chakras are at the center of the body, but I've been
having pain on
the left side of my chest, like my heart is being reworked, it's
painful, and
it's worrying me.

Understandably. Mine got so bad recently I went in for the full range of
heart tests. Everything checked out fine - docs say it was nerve and muscle
spasms caused by stress. Kriyas get physical because of clearing at the
cellular memory level, DNA, etc.

Ever since having this awakening I'm very intune with my body, I
can tell
what's going on in mine and others, but the majority of the time
I don't look
because I don't want to know.
The empathic response can be brutally overwhelming. As said many times -
release to Spirit - it works :-)

I'm beginning to worry. What if I
do have some
kind medical problem, but I'll pass it off as part of the
kriyas? I haven't
taken any pain relief for it because I've read that if you do,
they can get
worse...is this true? I've also heard stories of people going to
healers,
who, when they try to give the person some relief, actually make
things
worse.

Depends. Do your homework and ask for guidance from within. Your body-mind
knows what it needs, its just hard for us to listen sometimes, with so much
going on...

Please, help me, is it best to just let the K have it's way, so
I've heard so
many times "Don't fight it." Most importantly, don't fight it.
You'll only
hurt yourself. So...what to do? What to do? ...How do you draw
the line
between what is a kriya and what is something else entirely,
that's not
related to it, a quote-unquote 'medical problem' ?

Or is it all just innertwined? All related....in some
inexplicable way....?

You go with the flow, and cover your bases:-) - Remember, going with the
flow does NOT mean that when the rapids hit, you can't beach, build a
campsite, cook some beans, look at the stars, and repair your
raft...:-)))))) And yes, it is all inter-related. That is one of the
reasons I always sign...

Life is a big buffet. It's all on the table. We can take whatever we
want/need at anytime, and go back as often as we like. :-)
