Thanks Gopalan for this easy to read break down of
this central teaching.

Including the Blissful sheath ?

Or is that one the last to go ?

Or a woman. Or an androgyne. ;)

Yes !!! :)))

Thank you for reminding us all of the principles of
Jnana, a teaching which we all can derive a lot from,
even if we approach it from different angles.

Just wanted to add that it occurred to me that since
pleasure in some situations is very similar to pain,
a good idea and a fun exercise
to confuse the ego and the chitta a little
was to use the opposite word for certain things,
e.g. when experiencing pleasure to call it pain and
see what happens, and when experiencing pain, call
it pleasure etc.

Thanks again for sharing.

Best regards,

Amanda.
