For meditation, I sometimes use my bath tub filled
with warm water, and all lights closed (it is a bathroom
without any window).

If I should ear some slight noise, I just put more
water, just a triffle running. And then I just ear the
slight flowing noise of the streak, kind of miniature
cascade.

Gagging was taught to me by Bertrand Leger who was probably
the best cave diver in France.

He died in an accident in 1984.

Greetings to all,

Jacques
