Hmm hi! Well for me I never got any visions. Terror hmm? *wink* hmm anxiety? .. you betcha .. hmm phobias? oh
yeah of course! Sorry I am in a playful mood tonight! that dear ole Witness waking up scared the heebiejeebies
outta me! More identified now as It, so I can laugh now. At first it seemed like an intruder in my psyche. Now
I know I am It. Hmmmmmmmmmm .... :-)
Ego is attached to fear. Mine was! Oh I still play as fear sometimes too. No fun!

I am just getting down to my core inner child wound. I have been running away from myself since my trust was
betrayed in chilhood. Seems I abandoned part of myself. For me my meditation technique was so transcendental I
never got any visions! It was all empty nothing - that was scary enough. Now I am cosier with It.

I wanted to share this with you .. as I have been learning about my male side ... I have received a few sort
of 'initiations'. One was a saint who worked with me after I met Him at a channleing. Feeling him was quite
masculine for me. A taste. I was afraid and did not encourage Him to stick around. I have enough 'helpers' and
fear was playing with Me.
The second thing I wanted to share is that my friendly shamanic healer is on intimate terms with Ramana (since
he was 4 - getting initiated by Him at early age!) I was quite stunned to hear that RM is still around working
on pupils!
One night I heard while I slept a low tone - like someone was playing music to me - a low tone to effect a
healing. I felt it as masculine. When I woke I was wearing masculine. I knew it was my friend who had been
visiting working with me. I wondered why was I wearing His aura. Or this maleness. In any case it passed after
a few hours. So I know this balancing our opposites is crucial to the flow.
A year ago I started Jungian therapy. The third session my animus possessed me and I witnessed it rise up to
project and I held it at bay. It was very powerful - a little girl , and a devourer passion type. I contained
them.
In the fourth session while I was there proudly containing it - they came and stimulated my ascending energy
and gave me a gift. My crown opened. It was beautiful. I am not gonna say more. My message is I know my crown
was only able to be opened because I momentarily balanced and I not project. So I know anima animus balancing
is divine dynamite.
