:) Yes, it certainly is. I find most of the ppl here
very interesting and having very different views
and interests than my real life friends. It*s good
to be able to meet ppl with very dissimilar backgrounds
and experiences as the modern world has a tendency to
allow for a severe segmentation in society, so only
ppl with the same socioeconomic background get
together.

:) The way is always individual.
If you feel attracted to it, there probably is a more
deeper reason for it. But be careful. If you start
experiencing pain or serious discomfort with any
particular exercise, consider to discontinue it.

And some were born with it.

someone must have started it all by their own
accord and so the different branches of Tantra/
Yoga began.
