Hello everybody,

To answer Dale, the list is rich of very different
people.

As for me, I have no Kundalini awakened, but am working
at it 2 to 3 hours every day, and my own way.

This list brought me some interesting elements of
reflexion, for example, some say they long to
go back there (to the bliss). But most awakened
Kundalini by chance, without knowing why nor
how.

So it makes sense for me to pursue my personal researches,
mainly through breathing and meditating.

The idea is that if I go there with a method then
I'll go back to it more easily.

I practiced every kind of breathing I could
explore, mainly the ones said to be dangerous.
Of course I felt they were the morre efficient.

I avoided those who could put overpressure
on the lungs. Since I am a diver, I understand
what is the risk.

But I showed some of my exercises to a physicaly
overgifted friend and he told me he would never
do them again, since he went on his nerves for two days,
over-agitated, hectic and without sleep.

Which proves we are all different since I just
sleep as a newborn.

I wont repeat the results I obtained with that since
I already wrote it on the list (better chesss playing
with 'letting it go' and better apnea). So now I
bought a FormTone (an electric stimulator) and
I think it will enhance the sensitivity of my spine,
which it already raised.

If I happen to succeed, it will be a pleasure to share.

I already had some bliss, but of short duration.

I heard kind of waves in my head and lower belly.

I am just at the beginning, sinc I started in
November 98. I am much more conscious of my whole thorax,
both side.

And I am grateful to the list that I can share
ideas, both giving (a little since I am kind of
alumni) and receiving a vast variety of information
and richness, tales of awakening and love from you
all nice people.

Thanks,

Froggy Jacques
