Dear Lorraine,

I'll hazard a thought, subject to change at a moment's notice :) . Perhaps
because Near Death Experience, childhood trauma, breath "control" and
diseases like CFS all seem connected in some way to spiritual emergence, all
of these things trigger something in the brain shouting "danger!" which in
turn accesses a "spiritual" reality. I guess the sexual aspect of the
experience is connected also with the fact it is a "life force" we are
accessing.

But, of course, who knows why we have accessed this while others with similar
experiences haven't.
