I experienced that K would supply the sore muscles
with extra energy. After yoga kriyas, the muscles
would be sore like after regular exercise, but the
soreness disappeared amazingly fast, like after one
or two days, whereas with regular exercise, this
normally takes 4-5 days.

Dharma, Jill and I have been talking about clearing
karma by emotions.

Is that when emotions come welling up like a spring
from the unconscious and with it the remembrance
of the event which led to the emotions itself.
The emotions run themselves out after a while
and then the event and emotions is let go of whith a
great relief. Is this how it works ?

I've assumed this is karma clearing in practice,
but it would be fun seeing if this is how others
experience it too.

:) I find this is the basic way K works, that all the
electricity and stuff is here to really
do this clearing,
to let the emotions come up and run themselves out.

These days I feel that the extreme emotions that
appear are part responses to external events
and part play for the I, like an actor on stage.

Although the emotions feel very "real" I sometimes
sense an emptiness behind them. When I follow the
emotions to the deepest, I always end up in the same
place. And as you mention above, extracting an
emotion and playing it up and out is surprisingly
easy to do.

This is the reason why I feel like a clone or a robot
these days.

Have you experienced some of the same ?

Best regards,

Amanda.
