:))) I strive for non-greediness. I don't want more
physical problems (have had little so far)

experience more samadhi, but it seldomly happens.

Maybe I'm not ready for it yet, or that it's the ananda rather than the sad or cit aspect of god
I'm headed for. :) Which I get a lot of, but it's
not real samadhi.

Or that I'm simply just impatient, although more has
happened the last year than I even could hope for
and K increases every week.

Am I asking for too much ?

Yes, I know that. :) I do have the electricity
wet suit feeling at times,
especially in the legs and wrists,
and wouldn't like to have more,
but somehow it doesn't matter as long as I can
experience god's love.

Whee, I'm def. headed for bhakti, read the bhakti
sutras a few days ago and instantly felt at home.

I'm no Jnani, me. ;)

The funny thing is, I feel all chakras are open,
including a few above the head,
but
K is modest and manifests only as part of what may be.
I feel that I must work to widen the channel.
Still, it seems to be doing it automatically.

:) Your concept of control as smooth flow instead of
stopping, is a very good concept and one I def. try to
follow. I'll just try to keep it in mind. :)

Yes, that is true. And often times K will direct your
thoughts in the right direction.

:) Great advice ! I'll keep this in mind if public
kriyas should occur.

The only ones so far have been startled jumping and
mood swings.

OK.

Angelique's grounding exercise is neat and beautiful
and I certainly felt something happening the first
time I tried it, but for some reason, it doesn't
always sit right with me. Sorry if that sounds spoiled
and jaded, but I often find that if something requires
force to visualize, then it is not "right" because
too much effort goes into the visualization and not
to the process itself. I get distracted so to speak.

I actually don't have a specific vis. exercise for
K work, because it will usually provide me with one
as soon as I'm in K "trance".

Oh Dharma, since I'm a bit stressed today and K is in
relatively high gear, for some reason, these words
made me go into K induced crying.

Group oriented love has / has had
had such a significance for me.

The morning after I got a letter from a friend whom I
share group consciousness with, I woke up feeling that
K had blown a big bubble of love emotion around me like
some sort of shell and I had been sleeping inside that
all night.

:) I doubt that. :) My K as pretty modest
 and doesn't register much in other ppl,
I believe. At least
I haven't had anyone complain about strange
experiences in my presence.

I somehow think I'm a receiver instead, as I once
became very headachy and nauseous in the presence of
a close friend. I wonder if I was subconsciously
giving her energy. I also get other ppl's emotions
a lot, but only ppl that I feel close to.

Silly question really. I realize I
experienced the effects of K
immediately after starting with martial arts
but had no idea that was what it was then.

Maybe all kinds of martial arts will affect K in
susceptible ppl.

I had a flash of samadhi during an infantry combat
simulation and had leg pains all that time,
but have never been happier. :)
The energy dispersed outwards in front through the
heart chakra to be able to
sense other ppl before they appeared behind doorways
etc. and it was "on" for the duration of the simulation. It was a strange
experience and oddly enough, I took it all for granted,
I never thought much about it until I became aware of
K.

I borrowed a book on Hatha Yoga in the library
a few weeks back and recognized all the movements. :)
I almost started laughing out oud in the library.

As someone else mentioned in another post, I think so
too.

A lot of the Tantric practices seem to be aspects
of K led behavior set into a system to emulate and
hopefully awaken the effects of K.

I agree with this. It's not the activity per se,
it's the attitude with which it is done and the
emotinal content given by the person doing them.
This way I suspect even doing the dishes could be
K enhancing. :)
