Thank you for your info on K effect on skin Jill...
Well my problem on skin were on around on top of my feet and base chakra(scrotum), and now start around heart chakra (although it didn`t peel off but it was red in color), its rashes, and peel off the first layer of my skin, several times, sometimes it was quite itching(a bit embarassing if I have to always scracth in scrotum area).
I do not know wether there is ayurvedic medicine in bali, but now the rashes didnt get too bad, because I sarted to do grounding exercise day and night).
while I have some cream from skin specialist call Diprosone OV, that I used on my feet and have reduced it mend it also. What other though on this I will gratefully accept, Thank you sooooooo much Jill.....
