 Do you know why your kundalini is calmer now? Is it from anything that you
did differently?
I understand the "bad spirits" thing. I had an entire church try to exorcise
me because of my affect on people and things.

 Incidentally, thank you so much for everyone that has given me/us advice on
this subject. It's been very helpful. I think my main problem is I see a
distinction between myself and my kundalini, as if it's just an extra part
of me, but not "me". I think that's something I need to work on.
