Dear Robert,

Speaking of spontaneous postures: Myself, I get these jerky movements that
somewhat feel like chiropractor adjustments. It happens when lying down or
when meditating on some days, mainly when I feel tense around neck and
shoulder area. It seems to me that K encounters blocks in those areas and is
trying to adjust so that it is able to flow more freely. At first it scared
me when I was jerking and twisting unvoluntarily but now I just go with it.
Those jerky movements are accompanied by crackling sounds in the area where
my tender spots are (under the left shoulderblade, at the base of the neck).
Seems to me that those spots are corresponding with the heart center
(anahata chakra) and the throat chakra (vishuddha).
