Hi,
 I can say say that from my own experience that kundalini and
magnetism are linked in some way. As time has gone by I have become very
sensitive to any magnetic fields, the energy comes onboard easily and usually
is very invasive and uncomfortable resulting in what feels like mini
electical storms around my head, back of the neck and I too seem to suffer
from micro sleep, my only defence seems to be to concentrate on my
work,ground myself and radiate.I work in a heavily electrically and
magnetically polluted enviroment( heavy machinery, pc's etc. ).
My advice-stay away from PC's,electrical motors and strip lights
