Could this be caused by tight muscles in the
neck / shoulder area ?

I mean, since so many ppl do have stress or work
related pains in the neck and shoulders from
lots of sitting etc ?

When my neck is sore from working too much in front of
the pc, I often feel heat and heaviness at the back
of the neck, and this is probably caused by
stiffness in the muscles there.

Anyway, thanks a lot for doing the poll and counting
/ describing the results for us ! :)

Thanks also for including the chakra information
as well. Very useful, I'll be saving that for
the future. :)
