Hello the List,

Many have mentionned some negative effects from
meditation.

Here is my opinion.

Meditation brings up undigested events.

So this is the very occasion to get rid of their
negative effects by going over, hovering should
I say, and just looking at it for what it is.
Remember, when we were children, a heap of sand
looked like a mountain.

So let's think major traumatisms could be,
with more 'letting it go', be considered as
trivial. Should such a beautiful thing
be possible ?

I just give an example : my last nightmare was
in 1980. A loony was ruuning at me with a knife.
I ran away but couldn't escape. So I had to fight.
I turned his knife back to him and he died.

After his burial, he went out of the grave and
went back to me with the same knfe.

So, I just turned to him an and took the
initiative. I told myself 'I just sent him to
the grave, so I am going to do it all over
again. And as often he will get out, as often
I will send him back. And I decidedly walked
toward him. Then I waked up very satisfied,
and I never had a nightmare since.

That was 19 years ago.

And though I happen to have some hard dreams,
I always get out of all the situations, and
look at them cool. Just with a kind of distance.

So here is my advice, and my question :

- What terrible things will happen, do we
think ? My answer is that when we 'tame' the
situation by going through, it is not as
much terrible. We just go through. As we say
in chess :'the threat is superior to the
execution'.

I'd like to hear about such experiences of yours.
And if some with fears or nightmares want to try
it (just walk to the awfull situation), please
tell me about your experience. Mine is that purely
nothing happen when you go through. I even tried to
sleep back to return to my dream. It seems the
nightmare is 'disgusted'. Just like a spider
which you kiss instead of running away. 'So I am of no
use it says !!!'

Very funny.

My hint is that behavior could get you rid
of headaches and backpains.

Have a good day,

Froggy Jacques
